Hey there, future drivers aged 12-17! Get ready to kickstart your driving journey with us.

Our program is all about experiencing the excitement of getting behind the wheel and mastering essential skills like moving off, stopping, handling a vehicle, and safety checks.

We'll guide you through these basics while also diving into the differences in driving techniques and the impact of smooth driving flow.

Our friendly instructors are here to ensure your first spin behind the wheel is both informative and fun!

When: Saturday, May 4th, 2024

Where: Pakenham Auto Club, 21 Key Lane, Pakenham

Provision Results for our first Motorkhana this year at the Pac grounds on Sunday 21st April.

Thank you for your entry in the PAC April Motorkhana, we hope you enjoyed your day.

Provisional Results are attached. These will become Final if no protest is received before 18:00 (6pm) on Wednesday 1 May 2024.

Awards will be made to first second and third outright, first in each category/class with 3 or more entries and second and third in each class with 6 or more entries. These will be presented at PAC’s annual presentation night early in 2025; award winners will be notified of the date and location.

March Working Bee!

Dates: Sunday March 24th and Sunday April 14th

From: First arrivals 8am

Where: 21 Key Lane, Pakenham

Sausage Sizzle: Held at around 12pm for all volunteers

The grounds are looking sensation right now, but it takes effort to keep them in that condition!

With the Club currently down a tractor, if you have a ride on mower (or similar), it would be massively appreciated if you could bring it along.

Jobs for Everyone!

All of the usual mowing, whipper snippering, tidying up around the grounds and the clubhouse have to be carried out, while we are also putting a big effort in to improving vehicular access around the grounds in various key places.

If you have a skillset, trade, or ability to do anything that you think would, could, or should benefit the club, please let us know. We will be more than happy to put you to use!

Also, remember, you can get your red plate vehicle paperwork signed off by participating in Working Bees.

March General Meeting: This Monday!

There is plenty happening around the club, so be there to catch up with the latest!

With the last-minute addition of next Sunday’s Victorian Khanacross Championship to our calendar of events, we will be hosting an impromptu Working Bee this Sunday.

When: Sunday 10/3, 8am start

Where: 21 Key Lane, Pakenham

Key tasks on the day:

• ·        Members with ride on movers and whipper snippers encouraged to attend, because we are still down a mower.
• ·        Lawns around the clubhouse need to be tended to, slashing around the motorkhana area and general trackside maintenance carried out after this most recent khanacross.
• ·        Clubhouse cleaning, toilet block cleaning etc.

We understand that the timing may be tough with the long weekend, but any assistance at all would go a long way to making a big difference.

The third round of the Victorian Khanacross Championship will be held at the Pakenham Auto Club’s Khanacross grounds on March 17^th, as organised by the Victorian Mini Club.

Entries are now open via the Motorsport Australia Portal:

Adult Entry: $55

Junior Entry: $27

The day is capped at only 50 entries, so there is great value in getting in early, considering the entry numbers we have been achieving within our own PAC club championship of late!

The grounds continue to be in brilliant shape, providing some excellent Khanacross action from the three events held to date 2024.

The grounds are in fantastic shape, with the PAC Army making sure that the grounds look great, and the circuit is in top nick for competitors.

Have you never heard of Khanacrossing? Drop by on the day to check out the action on our challenging grass/dirt-based circuit, with a wide range of machinery and drivers – from age 12 and up.

This is the best value-for-money motorsport you can get – you can run your road car, a suitable unregistered car, through to more developed competition-spec machinery.

Come and test your skills against a great group of rev heads – you will love it!

First arrivals from 8am – at the moment, we are down a mowing tractor, so if you have a ride-on mower or similar, it would be massively appreciated if you could bring it along.

A BBQ lunch will be provided for volunteers; let’s keep the roll going and maintain the outstanding condition of the Key Lane facility.
