Pakenham auto club
Membership in Pakenham Auto Club not only connects you with a great community of like-minded car enthusiasts, but also entitles you to enter club and Motorsport Australia events and register your eligible vehicle for club registration.
As we are a volunteer organisation we have a simple process for club membership that allows us to process memberships as efficiently as possible. As outlined below it can take 5 weeks for your card to arrive depending on when you have applied to join.
Please note that this is for yearly memberships, single day memberships for event entries are available at the discretion of the event director.
Process for New Members
Step 1: Submit online applications
Our membership process is fairly easy. You can apply online here, if you require assistance with your application please contact email@example.com.
Step 2: Membership approved by Committee
In accordance with our club constitution, once your membership is submitted it is approved by club committee. If you membership is not approved you will receive a full refund within 3 working days. The committee meet on the first Tuesday of the month, so you may need to wait up to four weeks for approval depending on when you have sent your application.
Step 3: Membership Number and Card is Issued
Once approved the membership team will assign you a club number and issue a membership card to the postal address provided. Cards are normally received by the end of the second week of the month, if you have not received yours please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
As you can see while the process is simple, it can take up to 5 weeks for your membership to be processed depending on when you apply for your membership.
Process for Club Plate Registration
Our Club Plate Scheme is currently under review, however new members wishing to access Club Plate Scheme are required to be members for a minimum of 3 months. For further information please contact our Club Plate Scheme Co-ordinator Graeme Begelhole on 03 5997 5555.
