MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT
To be eligible to have a car or motorbike on the Plate Permit Scheme you must first be a member of the Club. See the Membership page for details.
New memberships are approved by the Committee and can take up to a week for approval. Application to the Scheme will not be accepted until membership has been approved by the Committee.
NEW APPLICATIONS TO THE SCHEME
Plate Permit applications will only be received after Club membership has been approved by the Committee at its monthly meeting.
Availability of appointments is at the discretion of the Scrutineer. New applicants are urged to contact the scrutineer and confirm availability before undertaking Road Worthy Certificates
To process new applications, once your membership is approved, the paperwork and vehicle must be presented to our Club Plate Registrar to inspect the vehicle, record details and take photos.
Please contact our Registrar Graemeon 0408 591 884 to arrange an inspection.
Please note, while PAC does not charge for this service (in addition to normal membership fees), the initial inspection and processing is subject to a processing fee payable to the Registrar directly. This is to reimburse him for his time and must be paid directly to him.
