All members are invited to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Pakenham Auto Club Inc

The meeting will include the presentation of annual reports and the election of Committee members for 2023.

2021 AGM Minutes, Committee Nomination forms and President, Treasurer, Membership, Non Speed, Profit & Loss and Cash Flow reports are attached.

I know most people think AGM's and Committee stuff in general are an unnecessary pain but please remember this: Without a properly elected committee the Club cannot function and is not formally constituted under Consumer Affairs rules.

That means we cannot be affiliated to Motorsport Australia or be part of VicRoads plate permit scheme. That puts all Motorsport Australian licenses and VicRoads plate permits at risk.

So I urge you all please seriously consider becoming a committee member or at least attending the AGM- we need a quorum of 5% of members to hold the meeting and elect a committee
