Monthly Working Bee Sunday 18th May

It’s that time again! Our monthly working bee is happening this Sunday, and we need YOUR Help! We’ve got a variety of tasks to tackle, from track maintenance to those little fixes around the club. Whether you’re a familiar face or a first-time volunteer, there’s something for everyone!

Check out the list of jobs we’ll be knocking out (see below). Your help will make sure everything gets done and dusted in no time!

Come on down, roll up your sleeves, and let’s get it all sorted together!

P.S. Red Plate paperwork can also be signed during the working bee!

Date: Sunday, 18th  May
Time: First arrivals at 8 am
Location: 21 Key Lane Pakenham

BBQ Lunch: 12:30 pm (Please Register for Catering Purposes)

After a productive morning of hard work, treat yourself to a mouth-watering Free BBQ lunch, prepared on our BBQ generously donated by Bunnings. 

Priority Jobs to be done 

  1. Fill a couple of low spots in new Track 
  2. Place tie anchors for toilet blocks.
  3. Locate power conduit near containers
  4. Locate power feed near house to toilet blocks.
  5. Replace ignition switch on Massey Fergerson
  6. Whipper snip around fence etc 

Equipment Needed

Shovels, Wheelbarrows, Rakes, whipper snippers 

Special Requests

If you're skilled in:

  • Landscaper to advise on design around house
  • Concreter

Pakenham Auto Club was founded in 1972 by local motoring enthusiasts keen to enjoy motorsports events in safe, controlled environments.

Sanctioned by Motorsport Australia, Pakenham Auto Club support all motor sport disciplines with active membership involved in rally, motorkhana, historics, hillclimbs and circuit racing events.

The club's grounds in Pakenham provide Melbourne with a high-quality grassroots outlet for motorkhana and khanacross activities.
