Working Bee Sunday 13th April

Hey Team!

We need your help to get everything ready for the Good Friday Khanacross Passenger Ride Charity Event! If you've got a bit of free time, come join us THIS Sunday, 13th for a working bee to prepare the venue!

When: Sunday, 13th April, 9:00 AM - whenever
Where: Pakenham Auto Club

What needs to be done:

• Set up walkways for spectators, ensuring safe access to all areas.

• Clean and tidy up all the grounds: Fix up any rough patches, remove debris, and ensure everything is smooth and safe.

• Mark out the event areas, ensuring clear boundaries for the day.

• Set up signage for easy navigation and event flow.

• Prepare the spectator zone: Arrange seating and safety barriers.

• Ensure the safety equipment (cones, flags, barriers) is in place and ready for use.

• Set up the speaker system to make sure everything is ready for announcements.

• General cleaning and sprucing up: Sweep up, tidy areas, and make sure everything looks sharp for the event.

• Mow and whipper snipper Key Lane Driveway

• Remove Fences between house and car parking

• Remove Drinks Fridge - Location to be advised

• Clean Donated Oven

What to bring: Gloves, work boots, and your willingness to help out!

We will have our usual BBQ lunch to keep everyone fueled, and your time will make this event a huge success. Let’s get everything ready to make Good Friday Charity Event a day to remember!
