Hi All,

Thank you to everyone who expressed interest in helping out with the Pakenham Auto Club Good Friday Khanacross Passenger Charity Event, supporting the Royal Children’s Hospital Appeal, on Friday, 18th April 2025, from 10 AM – 4 PM.

We’ve been overwhelmed by the amazing response, and we’re thrilled that this event is going ahead!

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your car, engage with the motorsport and local communities, and support a great cause. The event is open to participants from all clubs—Pakenham Auto Club is excited to have you join us!

How You Can Get Involved:

Passenger Ride Drivers

Give attendees the thrill of a passenger ride on the Khanacross track in your own car!

• Passenger helmets will be provided.
• The club will cover your fuel costs.
• We're aiming for a diverse mix of cars—let’s put on a great show!
• Working with Children Check required (free for volunteers, apply here: Working with Children Check).

Motorsport Car Display

Bring along any motorsport discipline vehicle—rally cars, circuit cars, drag cars, speedway cars, off-road racers, classic cars, and club plate rego cars!

• A great chance to share your car with the public, connect with potential sponsors, and engage with the community.

️ Motorsport & Car Businesses

Set up a stall and showcase your products/services.

• Cost? Just donate a prize for the event raffle—a fantastic way to promote your business while supporting a great cause!

Volunteers Needed!

Help make this event a success! Drinks and food provided for all volunteers and will include a passenger lap at the end of the event as a thank you.

Roles include:

• Track Marshals – Keep the action running smoothly.
• BBQ Crew – Fire up the grill and keep everyone fed.
• Traffic Control – Direct cars and manage parking.
• Information Officers – Assist attendees and answer questions.
