Working Bee Sunday 9th March

Let’s keep our club in top shape! Roll up your sleeves and lend a hand to keep things running smoothly.

We’ve got a solid to-do list (see below), and with your help, we’ll get it done faster than a pit stop. Whether you can lend a hand on the day or at a time that suits you, every bit helps keep our club running at full throttle.

Date: Sunday, 9th March
Time: First arrivals at 8 am
Location: 21 Key Lane Pakenham

BBQ Lunch: 12:30 pm (Please Register for Catering Purposes)

After a productive morning of hard work, treat yourself to a mouth-watering Free BBQ lunch, prepared on our BBQ generously donated by Bunnings. 

Jobs to be done around the grounds

• The area behind the containers cleared – Rubbish removed, Whipper Snipper then mowed
• Mow & whipper snipper around the house
• Slash paddock behind the house
• Check condition/ depth of bore shaft

• Install power/ ethernet cables to the shed. get electrician to wire in
• Check roller- start? Tyre pressures
  
• Tip run
  

• Start clearing around small dam so we can get a proper look at what's there- chop down trees

• Remove fence posts south end and around clubrooms
  

• Set out competition area back paddock - mow, topsoil holes, smudge & roller

• remove the fence posts at the southern end of the property
  

• slash/ poison around the containers/ tyre piles/ any area with junk in it
  

• scrap metal run
  

• start moving tyres to the freeway reserve
  

• get the big yellow trailer operating and moved to the tower where we can use it
  

• clear around cars behind clubrooms-lots of grass growing under the cars
  

Club House Jobs to be done

• Move Coke fridge out of kitchen
• Kitchen cupboard at kitchen entry- clean/ fix or pull out- replace with a decent bench?
• Fire extinguisher to be hung on wall
• White old Fridge to be cleaned
• move the coke fridge out of the kitchen
  

• new smoke alarms to replace 2 faulty
