Our Last Junior Practice Khanacross for 2024
In our Club Cars or Your own Car
Are you ready to take your driving skills to the next level? We’re excited to invite all Junior Development Program (JDP) members with a Junior Speed License to our Junior Practice Khanacross session in either our Club Cars or bring your own car**(**Please refer to information below about brining your own car)! Whether you’re looking to learn, improve, or just have some fun, this event is perfect for you.
Please Note: Helmets are required for Khanacross events, if you have your own please bring them, otherwise we have club helmets available on the day.
Fire Extinguisher are to be fitted to all cars and must be secured using a metal bracket attached to the Automobile with only high tensile bolts or equivalent fasteners and/or sufficient clamp/s. (See Below for More Information)
Event Details:
12:15 PM – Registration
11:45 - 12:45 PM – Lunch Break – Our Canteen will be open, and we’ll be firing up the BBQ to serve sausages and hamburgers for lunch, and cold drinks will be available!
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Junior Practice Khanacross

- Scrutineering – See how to prep your ride for Motorkhana/Khanacross.

- Track Time – Get ready to dive into the action! This Practice Khanacross session is all about giving our juniors a taste of the real deal. You’ll get hands-on driving time on the Khanacross track, with instructors guiding you through every turn, teaching you the ins and outs, and making sure you’re geared up for future events.
- Coaching & Feedback – Our experienced coaches will provide valuable feedback to help refine your driving technique and prepare you for competitive events.
Own Car?
If you have your own car, feel free to bring it along! Please note that your car will need to pass scrutineering before you can participate. If it's deemed safe, you’ll be able to participate in your own car. Our instructors and coaches will be there to guide you on the Khanacross track, offering tips and feedback as you practice.

(a) Each hand-held fire extinguisher must be secured using a metal bracket attached to the Automobile with only high tensile bolts or equivalent fasteners and/or sufficient clamp/s and must remain restrained under a deceleration or acceleration of 25g; and
(b) Must be capable of removal by the driver (or crew, where applicable) while seated in their normal respective position for competition with safety harness unfastened, unless varied by specific category regulations, and without the aid of tools.
