Working Bee Saturday 9th November 

Spring has sprung, and the grass is growing like crazy! It’s coming in so fast we’ve added an extra day to the Working Bee on Saturday, 9th November to keep up with it!

Come one, come all—there’s a job for everyone! Bring along your whipper snippers, lawn mowers, and chainsaws, and let’s tackle this together. With a bit of teamwork, we’ll have the place looking fantastic in no time!

We encourage people of all ages to come and help out.

Date: Saturday, 9th November
Time: First arrivals at 8 am
Location: 21 Key Lane Pakenham

BBQ Lunch: 12 pm After a morning of hard work, feast on a delicious BBQ lunch, cooked on our new bbq, generously donated by Bunnings, as a big "thank you" for your efforts.

Jobs to be done around the grounds

  • The area behind the containers cleared – Rubbish removed, Whipper Snipper then mowed
  • Mow Motorkhana area
  • Mow & whipper snipper around the house
  • Slash paddock behind the house
  • Dead Trees to be cut down
  • Low spots on Khanacross track filled

Club House Jobs to be done

  • Honour boards to be hung on wall
  • Relocate furniture in house
  • Clean back room and organise
  • The defibrillator box hung on the wall
  • Fire extinguisher to be hung on wall
  • Outside power point near BBQ area to be installed (Electrician)

Pakenham Auto Club was founded in 1972 by local motoring enthusiasts keen to enjoy motorsports events in safe, controlled environments.

Sanctioned by Motorsport Australia, Pakenham Auto Club support all motor sport disciplines with active membership involved in rally, motorkhana, historics, hillclimbs and circuit racing events.

The club's grounds in Pakenham provide Melbourne with a high-quality grassroots outlet for motorkhana and khanacross activities.
