How to Enter

Motorsport Portal - Preferred Method

Motorsport Portal Link: Motorsport Online Entry

• Register online via the Motorsport Australia Portal by 10:00pm, Thursday, 20th June 2024. (This provides a MSA License Check & Self Scrutiny Consent, so all you need to do is Sign in on the day and show you club membership)
• Note: One car, multiple drivers must use Cross Entry (ensure you select the Adult/Junior Cross Entry for each driver.)
  
  

Email Entries

Send to events@pakenhamautoclub.org.au by 8:00pm, Friday, 21st June 2024.

• Must present Motorsport Australia License and Club Membership at sign-on 
• Email completed 2024 Non Speed Series Entry Form, self-scrutiny statement of vehicle compliance and self-scrutiny checklist forms which can be found in the supp regs.
  
  

Entries will be accepted at the event.

• Complete electronic entry form - 2024 Non Speed Series Entry Form,  self-scrutiny statement of vehicle compliance and self-scrutiny checklist forms which can be found in the supp regs.
• Scan/photos of current club membership (Non PAC members)
• Proof of recent Motorsport Australia License or application (if no Motorsport Australia Member number)

PAC Members with Own Car

• Register and pay via the event invitation first, then register on the Motorsport Australia Portal, selecting Direct Debit for payment. (This will confirm your club membership is active, Motorsport Licence check, and self-scrutiny statement of vehicle compliance and result in a quicker sign on)

Junior Entry with Club Car

• For club car hire, register on the event invitation and complete the 2024 Non Speed Series Entry Form which can be found in the supp regs and hand in at sign on.
• Inexperienced juniors will have a qualified club instructor accompany them in the club car.

Passenger Ride Forms

• Complete the Passenger Ride Entry Form on event day and receive a wrist band.
